Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell four- to six-seat hydromassage spas — plug-and-ready spas with contoured seats and loungers, multi-zone massage jets, LED lighting and full digital controls, up to an XL premium flagship — with the inline heaters, ozone and UV sanitisers, insulated lockable covers, steps and handrails, filters and water care to go with them. A hydromassage spa is for wellbeing, not a medical device, and every spa is wired through an RCD on its own circuit by a qualified electrician.

Hot water, wiring, weight & safety

A hydromassage spa is for relaxation and wellbeing — it is not a medical or therapeutic device, and we make no health claims. Hot water is relaxing but demanding: keep the water to a sensible temperature (no higher than about 40 °C), limit your time, drink water, don't use the spa after alcohol, and get out at once if you feel faint. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure or any other health concern, ask your own doctor before using a hot spa. A spa is an electrical appliance wired through an RCD on its own circuit by a qualified electrician, earthed and bonded. A filled spa is extremely heavy — set it on a reinforced, level base rated for the full water-and-people weight. Water and children are a drowning risk: supervise children at all times and keep the lockable insulated cover closed when the spa is not in use. Keep the water clean and balanced. CE marked where applicable.
