Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods, without giving any reason (§§ 355, 312g German Civil Code, BGB). A clear statement to info@cavikiqajovoca.store is sufficient. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

Goods must be returned complete and, where possible, in their original packaging. A spa or unit must be returned complete and in its original packaging; a spa that has been installed, wired, plumbed or filled cannot always be returned in a resaleable state. Unused covers, steps, filters and accessories in original packaging may be returned within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period. Check the dimensions, the filled weight, your access route and your electrical supply before ordering. The direct cost of returning a heavy item is borne by the customer unless it arrived defective, damaged or incomplete, in which case we put it right.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we confirm the outcome and refund to the original means of payment within 14 days.

Warranty

The statutory warranty (Gewährleistung) applies for 24 months from delivery (§§ 437 ff. BGB). Covers, filters, pillows, jets, seals, lamps and heater elements wear with use and are stocked as spares — this is normal, not a defect; keep the water balanced and rinse the filter regularly. Damage or a hazard from a spa wired by someone other than a qualified electrician or not on its own RCD-protected circuit, from a spa set on a base not rated for the filled weight, from use against medical advice or at too high a temperature, or from leaving a spa uncovered and unlocked around children is not a warranty defect, and a spa is for wellbeing, not treatment.
